HIGHLIGHTS
The Kresge College campus refresh includes a new Academic Building totaling 15,887-square-feet. The structure will include a glulam post and beam frame with a cross-laminated timber (CLT) curved roof diaphragm. The mass timber scope of work includes delegated design for the timber system, and strategic procurement to meet the requirements of LEED Gold construction. Curved timber roof structure.
